I am an Occupational Therapist from Auckland New Zealand who has over 10 years experience working in the mental health field with children, youth, adults and families. I have a unique skill set having been trained in both occupational and psychological therapies which allows me to fit individuals needs in a way that is centered around their experiences. I am passionate about walking beside those in need, listening to their stories, and providing practical support to allow them to start their healing journey.
