My name is Moana, I am from the lovely Bay of Plenty, Tauranga Moana.  I am based in Palmerston North in Manawatu.

I have worked as a counsellor for 7+ years during that time also was a whanau support worker I have worked in the suicide pre and postvention space and a co-facilitator in Bereaved by Suicide Group. 

I also supported the Candlelight Remembrance Ceremony here in Palmerston North for families and friends that have experienced sudden loss due to a loved one passing.

So unexpected and sudden loss is a very challenging time for not only families, individuals, friends but also the community.  So what works for someone in terms of managing their grief and loss is so individual, it's my job to find ways to help you with your grief and loss journey that works for you, so contact me I would love to support you, mauri ora.
