I was born in Christchurch but have lived in Auckland for most of my life (apart from sometime in the Hawkes Bay, Palmerston North and Sydney). I offer face-to-face sessions on the North Shore of Auckland (and occasionally the city) and also online. I work Mondays, and have some evening and weekend availability. I am a health and clinical psychologist with over 15 years’ experience in working with grief, and people bereaved by loss and suicide. I work with people from diverse backgrounds including young people and their family/whānau groups, couples, and individuals. I work in these areas as I want to help others negotiate their way through grief, to support those that have experienced a loss, and to help people to find ways of coping that also allow them to grieve when they need to.
