Hello, my name is Denise Johnston, I’m originally from South Africa, and immigrated to New Zealand in 1994. I live in New Plymouth and hold face to face sessions. I work with those over the age of twenty. My available hours are Monday – Thursday, 9am-2pm (with sessions in Stratford every second Wednesday). My counselling experience includes over 15 years working with grief, depression and anxiety, and people who are bereaved with suicide. I believe all people should have access to support and the ability to tell their stories in a safe environment. I believe in providing counselling that empowers people to live full and satisfying lives.
