Kia ora, my name is Ann-Marie Stapp. I grew up in Blenheim, studied and worked in Wellington for 20 years, and have been living in Ōtaki for 17 years. I am working in part-time private practice as a registered social worker.  I have previously worked at a Bereaved by Suicide service that offered: specific assistance to those who found the suicided person; and ongoing support for grieving families and friends. That experience has defined how I have practised since, my ethics, and belief in the value of timely intervention

I have also experienced being supported.  Unfortunate to need the services, fortunate that they were available, and now privileged to provide those services again.  I will work with you to sort out your thoughts and feelings about what has happened to you.

I cover the Kāpiti/Horowhenua/Mid Central area but am available nationwide online. I have times Tuesday-Friday. Face-to-face venue is negotiable if unable to meet in my Ōtaki office.
