My name is Michelle Cole and I live in rural Tasman.

My family are spread from Invercargill to Kaikohe but my roots are in rural Tasman and Canterbury. I am a rural specialist nurse and therapist and I have worked for many years in rural communities, connecting with families, and schools when they experience drought, disaster, illness, and grief including loss from suicide. Personally I have lost two family members to death by suicide. While I have worked and studied a long time it is the connection to the people and communities that has enriched my practice and taught me the most. Thanks again and go well in finding someone that you feel you can have a good connection with. Ka Kite.
