I have been working as a Therapist in Wellington since 1998. My work has included experience in residential treatment centres, therapeutic communities, outpatient treatment clinics, general counselling and psychotherapy for a range of issues.

I have a private office with two waiting rooms. The outer if you're 15 mins early, otherwise you will be in a private waiting area. I work Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4:15 pm either in person or online. I am drawn to this work due to personal and professional experience with grief and people bereaved by suicide.

I am a registered Psychotherapist and also a registered practitioner with the Addictions Professional Association of Aotearoa New Zealand as well as a Member of the Association of Psychotherapists Aotearoa New Zealand Te Ropü Whakaora Hinengaro. I was also certified as an addictions counsellor by NADAAC (NZ). (I have studied in USA the UK and AUS).
