Waitematā/ Titirangi/ Psychotherapist/ Adults/ Older Adults/ Face to Face/ Telehealth

 Weekdays, Monday-Friday.

My name is Graham Southwell and I have been living in New Zealand since 1998, having emigrated from the UK.

I am a registered psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in psychotherapy from AUT University in Auckland.  I am now in private practice in Titirangi in West Auckland, however my early experience was at Auckland Sexual Health followed by 10 years working at Dove Hospice and a year at The Grief Centre.

I work from a modern property surrounded by native bush in the heart of Titirangi and can see you either in person or ‘on line’.  Most of my appointments are during normal working hours but I can also be available in the early evening.

The grief associated with end of life can be devastating; it may lead one to question what life is all about and to re-evaluate one’s values and core beliefs.  The opportunity to explore one’s loss in a warm, safe, non-judgemental environment is often the first step towards healing and rebuilding one’s life. I feel that this is my life’s calling and look forward to working with you.

Graham is an IADC provider- both in person and online.
