Oamaru/ Therapist/ Children/ Youth/ Young Adults/ Adults/ Face to Face

 Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm

Kia ora. My name is Elizabeth Love. I work face-to-face as a registered arts therapist from my studio space in Oamaru, Monday – Thursday, 9–5. Arts therapy processes grief in non-verbal ways with no art-making background required. Creative expression allows meaningful connection with grief and ways to develop coping skills to support the healing process. You may already be doing this…making visual art, writing, and using music! I am able to support your naturally occurring work and also suggest other tools to try.

My interest in this area is both personal and purposeful, rooted in a deep desire to offer dignity and presence to those navigating one of life’s most complex forms of loss. I have experience working with children, rangatahi, adults, and groups. (As a former soldier I have a special interest in working alongside those with connections to the military.)
