Waikato/ Ngatea/ Play Therapist/ Children/ Youth/ Face to Face/ Telehealth

 Monday & Tuesday (8:30am-5:00pm)

Kia ora, My name is Debbie Mills, originally from England, I’ve been a proud ‘Kiwi’ for over 20 years. Currently based in Ngatea with my children, I also have my private practice ‘Ripples’ there too. Families attend from Hauraki district, Waikato and Coromandel.

“It takes one session to create the Ripple effect”.

I’m a ‘Child, Youth, Family Therapist, Group Facilitator and Registered Play Therapist’ with over 30 years’ experience, supporting children, youth and families affected by Trauma, Physical/Mental Illness and Grief/Bereavement from a Terminal Illness, Suicide or Sudden Death.

I also use Creative and Expressive therapies such as: Clay Therapy, Puppetry, Lego Play, Interactive Drawing Therapy, Journaling, Creative Writing, Sand Therapy Play, Sensory Play.

I’m passionate about providing a safe space for those supported to tell their story, explore their feelings and emotions, process their experiences, their grief and bereavement with no judgement.

I see, I hear, I hold and honour all the stories shared in my space.
