Ann migrated from Malaysia (of Chinese ethnicity) more than 20 years ago, is married to a New Zealander and is a mother to two young men.

Ann helps individuals navigate the complex and often painful landscapes of grief and loss, trauma, addictions, anxiety, and depression. These issues often impact on relationships, daily functions and quality of life.  Her approach is rooted in deep compassion and with traditional talk therapy, she also uses neurobiological based modalities such as Brainspotting and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) to support lasting emotional healing and nervous system regulation. With a focus on the body's innate capacity to heal, she works with clients to access and process unresolved trauma at a deep, subcortical level—often beneath words and conscious awareness. Ann’s goal is to create a safe, attuned space where healing can unfold at your own pace. She believes that beneath the pain is the potential for profound transformation.
