Tauranga/ Cambridge/ Children/ Youth/ Young Adults/ Adults/ Face to Face/ Online/ Telehealth

Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, can see earlier or later via telehealth

Ko Abi tōku ingoa. I am based in Tauranga and also provide telehealth and some face-to-face appointments in Cambridge and Papamoa Beach. I work with tamariki, rangatahi and their whānau, offering therapeutic input to enhance wellbeing.

I am a registered psychologist with a background in educational and developmental psychology. Before moving into psychology, I worked as a teacher aide, preschool relief teacher and youth mentor, supporting young people across different ages and stages. My work integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and I support both adolescents and adults with grief, emotional regulation, and wellbeing.

Taking an ecological and strengths-based approach, I value collaboration and practical strategies that empower individuals and their whānau to thrive.

I am drawn to this mahi because I believe everyone deserves a safe, compassionate space to share their story, process their experiences, and find hope through connection.
