Firstly I'm sorry for your loss of your loved person.

My name is Tracy Cooper and I am a counsellor registered with New Zealand Association of Counsellors. I was born in Tairawhiti/Gisborne but have lived in the beautiful Bay of Plenty for over 30 years. I am a mum of two and grandma of 4 beautiful children.

It’s a privilege to meet with you and travel awhile along this grief pathway with you. I work eclectically, drawing from a range of modalities to best fit with you. I keep your voice firmly at the forefront of our sessions. I am somatically trained so focus on what it feels like to be ‘you’, moving through this process of grief and loss.
