My name is Letitia. Originally from South Africa, I have called New Zealand home for 11 years and counting.

I have been working in the loss and grief counselling space for 2 years and facilitate a WAVES Bereaved by Suicide Support Group with a colleague.

I have worked with a variety of backgrounds and am aware of the importance of understanding and respecting diversity. I have experience working with youth, women and men and can offer sessions in English and Afrikaans.

I am drawn to this work because it is a privilege to provide a safe space when someone needs to talk, be heard without judgement and supported through a healing journey after losing a loved one. Providing support for positive change and restoring hope where there seems to be none is my reward in this mahi. Let’s journey together.
