Kia ora. My name is Jasmine Harding and I am based in Wellington. I am also available as an online provider throughout New Zealand. I work part-time hours with having a young family. I am a registered clinical psychologist with over 12 years of clinical experience.

I am drawn to this work because I am very aware that many people across New Zealand likely have some lived experience of suicide and believe it can be hugely valuable to have support outside of your personal network of family, friends or colleagues who many also be impacted by the death. Grief following suicide can be confusing, messy, and be met with a mix of difficult and strong emotion. I aim to offer a calm and safe place to talk, reflect, and provide empathy, compassion and hope.
