Tēnā tātou katoa

Kia ora, I am Gabrielle and grew up, live and work in the beautiful Te Whanganui A Tara/Wellington. In my work as a counsellor I meet with people of all ages and backgrounds navigating many of the different challenges life holds.

I am drawn to work which walks alongside those grieving because of my own experiences of significant grief because of how isolating and all encompassing grief can be. Stories of suicide so often eclipse the stories of living and isolate grievers. My hope is that our conversations will reduce this eclipse and assist you in charting your own path through grief, honoring the life of who you have lost and honoring your knowledge and expertise.

We can meet together in person in my therapy space in the CBD. I can meet with individuals or whānau/families.
